I offer a non-threatening, child-centred environment for your child to express feelings and learn to gain control of his/her behaviour. Using expressive toys and art materials, I gently guide children to voice their concerns and learn ways to cope with life’s ups and downs.

As well, I teach parents play/art therapy techniques to use at home with their children to help improve communication and enhance the parent-child bond.

I am a member of the Ontario Association of Clinical Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists, the Canadian Association of Child Play Therapists and the Canadian Art Therapy Association. As the mother of three grown children I understand the challenges and rewards of parenting.
